Kieran has joined the practice, he has previous experience that includes several management positions within the NHS and private sector of social care.
The practice manager duties include all business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient centred care.
The Practice Manager is also responsible for human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. These duties include all feedback and complaints. The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services.
